So delicious! The worker was very polite when he charged us full price, but the $4 signature was going on. He got us the refund quickly and efficiently. The cinnamon roll's consistently actually made it feel a bit stale, like the outside of the roll was much chewier than the soft inside. The cookie dough on top was to die for!

I should have read reviews before spending $8.50 on a single cinnamon roll. Two young guys serving one didn't know how to make the Biscoff roll (he stated that). My bag had icing on the outside of it and my box did too with dripping on the side.! My roll was warm but the toppings melted and slid off in the container it was a mess! I tipped. I SHOULD'NT HAVE! 🀬 I also don't like disposable forks that are NOT prewrapped. I guess the son and his friend worked the family business today!

I ordered a cake to be picked up on Saturday at 10 am. I drive 40 minutes to pick it up and when I showed up they told me they were out of salt and the cake could not be made. As they were making a cake. I got no notification, or phone call about it prior. I was told my options were to wait until 4pm to speak to a manager or I could initiate a refund in the app. I choose just to get the refund. When I went into the app there was no option for a refund. Since I have called multiple times and can not get through to someone. I paid $80 for a cake I never received. I love Cinnaholic but I will never return because this is ridiculous.
